Conspiracy theorists are people looking for deep meaning in the trivial. Because their lives are trivial and missing meaning they crave.

They can’t manage relationships with people but they can prove 9/11 was an inside job, apparently. And you [b]must[/b] believe them.

One of the things my years have taught me is that GiAnTt CoNsPiRaCiEs without leakers or whistleblowers are mythical. Nixon couldn't keep his "plumbers" secret. Reagan's Iran Contra deal leaked. Bush couldn't keep Abu Ghraib secret.

So when you build your worldview on not one but several pErFeCt GiAnTt CoNsPiRaCiEs you are only displaying a lack of critical thinking.

You'd be surprised at the number of folks here who believe in -
a Clinton Seth Rich conspiracy AND
an Obama birth certificate conspiracy AND
an Obama gun confiscation conspiracy (Jade Helm) AND
a Bill Gates created Covid conspiracy AND
a Covid is mild as a common cold conspiracy AND
a killer mRNA vaccine conspiracy AND
a Dems printed fake ballots conspiracy AND
a Dems hacked the vote counting machines conspiracy AND
a Dems caused Trump's documents problem conspiracy.
And probably many others.

GiAnTt CoNsPiRaCiEs without leakers or whistleblowers are mythical. Believing in one is dicey. Believing in more than one displays a crucial lack of critical thinking. Believing in any four or more of the above is unhinged.

@ElwoodBlues That is a good point about the actual conspiracies not remaining secret. Of course some take longer to be exposed than others, so it is possible that[b] some [/b]conspiracy theories of today will turn out, in time, to be justified.
