@fanuc2013 Exactly. The man child just declared he gave permission for something he has no ability to stop anyway.

@fanuc2013 there is a supply side problem, if the tankers are all full, the production of oil has to stop because there is no place for it to go to be stored. but, Russia now makes more money and is able to pound Ukraine with mor bombs!
