It's disgusting. It's a genocide and some people wrongly try and use their interpretation of the scriptures to justify it.

@BritishFailedAesthetic Word. I hate how, many are suffering for the attitudes of a few.
@Matt85 In 20 years time this will be in the history books. How some tried to justify a genocide.
Are Gazans not made in the image of God too?

@LordShadowfire My opinion will allign with other Christians.
But that's not the point. I cannot as a reformed Christian support a population being starved and children screaming in agony while being amputated because no anesthetic is available.

@BritishFailedAesthetic Correct. My statement was a sarcastic representation of what many Christians in my country claim. But your statement is far more Christian.

@LordShadowfire I'm not insulting your Country but unconditional support for Israel seems to be mostly an American Christian thing.
I don't see this in many English churches.

@BritishFailedAesthetic It really is. The Christians here are anxious for the apocalypse to start, and a literal reading of the Bible indicates Israel has to exist for that to happen.
Which in my opinion is insulting to God.

@LordShadowfire We can actually agree here.
My pastor who reads the classic puritans- Bunyan, Edwards, etc calls Israel's actions an abomination.
The message may not be agreeable overall to others but we'll be consistent and say God does absolutely not smile down on killing of civilians.
The images of starving children will haunt my mind till my death bed.
