What's going on is don't talk about the flood victims in Texas

@tenente some of the press is picking up on the disastrous lack of planning for what was inevitable given the location, climate change, and refusal to spend the needed money to prevent/mitigate. this will be like all of the mass shootings. There will be some attention paid, then it will be off of the radar scope and nothing will be done to attack the root cause and prevent the next disaster.

@emiliya the term free press is a misnomer, someone has to pay for the reporters, printing, etc. the number of people subscribing has decreased dramatically over the years. you are misstating the facts about no one caring about dead republicans. there are no republicans or democrats in the cemetery, they are all dead humans! I also think those conservatives you speak of do not deserve to be called that, they should be called what they currently are and that is radicals.

@samueltyler2 Da, they have to pay for it. This is why they are not free press. It is a business and a way to get your way.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@emiliya but most decent reporters try to keep at least a neutral approach.

@samueltyler2 It is very thinly veiled.

@emiliya I have to say you are thinly veiling your feelings.
