I cry for those affected by the disaster. I agree there are many questions about both developing the area for homes and the camp. There have been previous serious floods over the decades.

What? The Guadalupe was named in 1689. It has been home to humans for several thousand years. It’s a river not a dried river bed.

@smileylovesgaming sadly, and all it would have taken was some serious planning and funding. As usual it was a matter of money. Tell that to the 100 plus families now affected!
