@MarkPaul Texas is spending billions on keeping troops at the Mexico border. No one is crossing there. Some soldiers have quit the military to get off this detail. Abbott has also sent hundreds of National Guardians to protests to keep people in line.

@Northwest Trump says a lot of things that never come to fruition. He also said he would end FEMA after the hurricane season. I don't think he has a choice but to send them but Kristy says they are on standby. They would normally be in charge at this stage.
