Trump said he's going to send FEMA and cover 75% of the recovery.

@Northwest Trump says a lot of things that never come to fruition. He also said he would end FEMA after the hurricane season. I don't think he has a choice but to send them but Kristy says they are on standby. They would normally be in charge at this stage.
