Europe has announced the transition to a "war economy"- Should Russia do anything, or should Russia be patient and wait for Germany to rearm?

Just asking what's your expectations, when you got no factories! But declared future hostilities! What's Russia going to do, Make nice?

@DjBubu6011 it has no armed forces now, but Russia does have those. The last three rearmaments were dangerous for everyone - somebody must stop Germany from rearming. I assume first they'll be asked nicely and then something else will happen after they continue to rearm.

@Roundandroundwego the russian navy (such as it is) is in hiding, the russian air force dare not cross the border, and after eleven years of brutality against its neighbour, russia is temporarily infesting 18% of Ukraine's territory.

In a conventional war against the EU, Russia by itself would have no chance.

The EU has 10x the GDP and 3x the population of Russia.

It's only Russia's nuclear weapons that make it a 1-dimensional superpower.

It's not just Germany. It's France, the rest of the EU, and the UK also.
And I already explained what would happen if Russia tried to attack Germany; the US would immediately be drawn in as a NATO member.

P.S. I noticed a dead silence on your part when I mentioned Putin's obvious ambitions to restore the Russian empire. Don't your ethics apply to him also?

All that needs to happen at this point is for one country to invent a weapon more powerful than nuclear weapons. Something that can take out all the nuclear weapons in one shot, and hopefully stop there.
