Does anyone else find this suspicious? Man accidentally beheads wife

I assume u read or have Deaths by Stupidity? I read this on there. Also book gives real name, place and year of the deceased for genuine purposes.

Another one I remember will be a man fascinated by a lion in a zoo so he "falls in" the cage to see it. Lion attacked and thas it. Or a robber climbs down a chimney, gets stuck and dies from being stuck, not starvation because chimney gets narrow and he couldn't breath.

I actually worked with a guy who ended up beheading another guy with a Samurai sword.It obviously wasn't an accident and he ended up going to prison .

I find it tragic.
