It seems that is all they care about. Ukraine. Apparently, per the New York Times, we have an extensive spying network there now, spying on the Russians, and if we don't cough up another 60 billion we might lose our ability to spy on Russia!

@jackjjackson I was thinking about making the rules for asylum more strict so people could be turned away at the border. Economic refugees should not be allowed to make the claim. Or, if they make certain claims, that doesn't mean they get to just go anywhere they want. Maybe there are costs associated with that.
