Smartmatics lawyer says the firm is in for the long haul against Fox

The reasons?

1. Smartmatics is used only in one county in the U.S. (Los Angeles), which was never in question;
2. Smartmatics has all the evidence that Dominion uncovered, plus more;
3. Unlike Dominion which is a small Canadian firm with only Canadian and U.S. clients, Smartmatics is a large firm with a huge global market so the potential damages are much bigger.
They can question Fox hosts that knowingly entertained the bullshit Sidney Powell was serving up. Sidney and the hosts knew Smartmatic machines were not used in the States she alleged were stolen.
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow How can they get away from their hosts being called to testify everytime Powel, Mr. Pillow, etc get sued. Do they pay those cases off too?
@Pitchblue Well Lindell is a millionaire....for now so maybe not but if they are with others that has interesting implications.
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow A few weeks ago Mike said he was broke. Funny how that happened right before the Dominion case and the case where he was forced to pay the 5 million he promised to anyone that could prove his election fraud propaganda was false.
Totally cool. I want to join smarmatix and be head of wiseacreness in the smarty-pants department.
Then, maybe we can show people how to vote on issues and get money out of politics. I'm sure it's just a matter of education.
The public is very open to brainiatrics and smartitude.
Well considering Dominion got a panic settlement worth almost 10 times the value of the company I think they did pretty good to start.

God forbid the use an American company that only employees Americans
@MarineBob Given what happened in 2020 that probably would have resulted in a actual fraudulent election.

Republicans especially have no loyalty to anything because their party.

Good.

One of the lousy aspects about Dominion settling is that Tucker Carlson never testified under oath as to whether he believed the election was stolen.

Even though Fox has now fired Tucker, he should still be subpoenaed and made to testify under oath on the record about this point especially.

Good. Drag it out so everybody can hear all the gory details.
