Would anyone be shocked if Fox was owned by Putin?

Putin is one of the richest people in the world. Would anyone be shocked that all the pro Russia anti American content on Fox came directly from Putin. Russia used to be an American adversary on Fox. Now Fox is an American Adversary. Fox is anti Democracy.
