Bannon sentenced to 4 months in jail, but isn't taken into custody, why not?

Why are the crooked judges releasing republicans to just commit more crimes?

Part of it is it’s such a short sentence, hopefully his appeal will quickly be denied. He really has nothing to appeal with.
