Not so much "joint". He said that Putin volunteered to send his cyber experts, to DC, so they could help our Federal agencies with cybersecurity. It was a 1-way ticket.
He was really proud of that achievement. Luckily, there were some adults left, who nixed it instantly, and on his way to AirForce 1, Trump saw a shiny object, and forgot all about it.
We once had a joint effort called Apollo/Soyuz. We currently have a joint effort in the international Space Station. There are lots of international maritime efforts for safety.
