If you are bankrupt how do you come up with 10.3 million? Maybe she can just Pledge the money? Who do you think will put up 10.3 million for her?

State laws may vary but where I live bankruptcy will not relieve you of a court judgement.

@redredred Same for her. It's been pointed out that the outlets that reported the bankruptcy are not the most credible so this may just be how Amber is staying in the news cycle. Jonny sold some paintings on line. Opened bidding and quickly the bids were over 3 million.
