Reading the opinion, it reads like a typical Supreme Court decision. It's about who has authority and apparently the way the law was written does not give the EPA authority, nor the Executive branch the authority to dictate plant emissions in the manner in which they believed.
It's Congresses job and trying to go around that isn't going to work. It's Executive overreach. The court did its job.

@CorvusBlackthorne They have been bribed by the fossil fuel industry to look the other way as the planet cooks. They don't give a damn about our children, grandchildren or future generations. And they call themselves religious. What a joke. There religion is money. They need to be cast out from the temple.
