1) Women will go back to using at-home or un-regulated methods for getting abortions. This increases safety risks and health risks dramatically to these women and fetuses or embryos.
2). Our already overloaded broken foster care system will have an influx of children, along with adoption. Agencies.
3). People will complain about more people needing economic and social support services on the grounds that it is cost prohibitive.
4) women and their unborn kids will die due to being unable to receive medically necessary abortions.

@CuriousCutie It is just as much the responsibility of a man to use birth control as it is a woman if neither is prepared to have a child. Vasectomies are reversible. Birth control sometimes fails, and not everyone has access to it. If Clarence Thomas gets his way, contraception will be banned, too.

@ChampagneOnIce Thanks for the support.

places like my home state of Texas will be even more hateful places to live
@tindrummer The Republicans in Texas want to repeal the 1965 voting rights act. No more voting rights for Woman.
In my opinion, everybody.

@LilithoftheTrees I think you're right

Overturning Roe V Wade did not make abortions illegal. Each state will have differing laws on abortion. States like Illinois, California, New York will have very few if any restrictions States like Arkansas will have very strict regulations. The voters in any state can decide what rules they want and these rules can be changed by a majority vote

@LordShadowfire I mistyped. Not Lawrence for contraceptive.

@Eeyore122 I honestly wouldn't know either way, lol. Not going to lie to you.

In 18 years they hope to have more Republican voters, because they know this will pretty much only effect red states and not blue.
@Zaphod42 "White Voters" to maintain a majority. White Women get the most abortions. They think this will stop that. Unfortunately if there is no support for these babies the foster care system will be overloaded. Red States already have a horrible record on taking care of children in residential orphanages. In Texas Abbott just cut 200 million from Health and Human Services

All they totally care about is the baby getting born. Forget healthcare forget childcare and gift baby a gun

Poor minority women will always have access to birth control, as well as actually declining sex.

Will have very disastrous effects as anything that gets banned gets into black markets or self tried stuff which is not the right thing...still don't u derstand if everyone is equal before law then why women should not have equal rights with their body's ..tomorrow someone could say breast implants are not correct so do you ban breast implants...I don't understand the logic..its regression at Best in society

Poor women of color, of course. And that's what it's all about.
@LordShadowfire A repeal of R vs W is political move to appease the White Nationalist Evangelicals. They want White Babies, they want control, they do not want to be a minority. More White Women have abortions and they believe this decision will stop that from happening. BUT they will flood their states with Black and Brown babies.
