Especially amusing how he goes on to say that It wasn't legal for civilians to own cannons when the 2nd Amendment was ratified...
Funny... considering the majority of cannons used in the Revolution as well as the war of 1812 were civilian owned, and used to great effect by the merchant marines (civilian owned warships).
and it is still perfectly legal to own a muzzle loaded cannon today (unless you live in some liberal infested hellhole of course).
With enough money and proper licensing, you can even own a functioning Tank or Artillery gun...
