Are we certain it happened? It would be a great shame if true. But urban myths spring around these things quickly.
I know that U.K. emergency services operators would do something like ask them to press number keys once for yes and twice got no to determine what is happening and who to send so as not to alert a perpetrator.

@Ceinwyn Yes, it was reported on CNN. It must be true! Jk. However, the story has been verified and the 9-11 employee has been placed on administrative leave.

@Jenny1234 She needs to be arrested or at least force to undergo some type of therapy. Firing her isn't enough. What if she could have saved lives by doing the job she was entrusted to do?
