Is Right Wing Extremism a threat to the U.S.?

It would more than likely would have been in an alternate timeline where in which the Axis powers of Germany, Italy and Japan won the Second World War instead of the Allied nations. I shudder to imagine the kind of world we'd be living in if such an outcome ever came to pass.
