Wonder who will pay Trump's contempt fines?

]He always leaves someone else holding the bag on bankruptcies, throws loyalists under the bus to absorb the blame. Stay tuned for who gets to take it this time.
Attorneys for Donald Trump said they will appeal a New York judge’s Monday order holding the former president in contempt for failing to provide documents as part of civil fraud investigation into the family’s business dealings headed by the state attorney general.

Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Trump to pay a fine of $10,000 each day that he remains in violation.

"Mr. Trump, I know you take your business seriously, and I take mine seriously," Engoron said before issuing the ruling from the bench in a Manhattan courtroom following a hearing.
Why worry about it? It's not coming out of your pocket.

@RedBaron it’s not coming out of anyone’s pocket . But it sure is entertaining to many.

@RedBaron @AthrillatheHunt If he is defrauding the government on taxes, which taxpayers' pockets is it going to come out of? If he is defrauding the banks, who do the banks pass the losses on to? And if he is doing neither, why waste all the time and money refusing to answer the questions?

@dancingtongue 2 years of investigation and they have zip. Zilch. Nada .
This is political theater . Any fine will eventually be rescinded .

@dancingtongue I don't know. What evidence ya got?
dancingtongue · 80-89, M
@RedBaron I've got none, but the Attorney General has enough to get a Grand Jury subpoena and apparently enough to not only scare Trump into hiding the books, but the accounting firm which created the books to disown them and him.
