when the dust ever settles over the ukraine war [ if it does ] . how will putin perceive the west will there be a new sort of cold war after the wests sanctions has tried to financial cripple russia as punishment for there incursion into ukraine . will this effect badly any future arms reduction talks between russia and the west .also cooperation between the superpowers say on the fight against world terrorism . what are your thoughts on this
