All covid fines, when taken to court, have been thrown out because they aren't enforceable. It's not law. Also, masks do not stop a bug. Decades of research has shown this and every randomised controlled trial (rct) shows this. Wear a mask if you want but all the pro-piece of cloth over your breathing hole to stop the alleged plague should stop the scorn. It's leading to an overtly divided society

They do. If the N95 didn’t work, all those medical personal would have been knocked out of commission. It’s not 100%, but if you wear it correctly, only touch it with clean hands, and follow other procedures. It’s 95% effective. That’s better than the vaccine, which allows transmission as much as an unvaccinated. @gol979

@gol979 Not in the UK. During the last enforcement, in London, between July and December 2020, 124,601 were stopped from using public transport until they put on their mask, around 9000 prevented from using public transport for refusing to wear a mask, around 2000 removed for refusing to comply, around 1300 fined and 170 went to court.
