After his conversation with Gupta, Rogan began recommending to his listeners that they get vaccinated. Prior to that, Rogan told people to skip the vaccine and depend on their own immune systems.

The poor saps at gatewaypundit are trying to cover up Rogan's change of heart, but of course Rogan has much more reach than gatewaypundit so only a few suckers got fooled by gatewaypundit.
