@4meAndyou yes keep them hungry so they can control them. I had a friend from Bulgaria, she was a chemist and had a good job but she had to plant a big garden and can foods to have enough groceries during the winter. She could afford to build a nice home but the price of food was huge apparently.

@Stereoguy Nope. The Chinese have also limited the number of hours that children are allowed to play video games every week to THREE HOURS, and that is allowed on the WEEKENDS ONLY. I wonder how American Marxists and socialists are going to like THAT?
AND the Chinese have OUTLAWED the sale of homes for profit by private equity. In other words, no more flipping houses till the market prices people out of housing altogether...as happened in California.
