I am currently sunburnt

I don't remember. I spend a lot of time in the sun, so I tan gradually as the weather warms and I expose more skin to the sun. I also use sunscreen. On the other hand, I burned every summer as a teenager when I worked outside at a sawmill.

A cloudy day at the coast. As there was a strong sea breeze I didn't realise how strong the sun still was. Lesson learned and not got burned since.

Don't remember. I hate sunbathing -- too boring -- and when I used to spend a lot of time out in the sun I pretty much just turned bright red and then back to fairly pale by the next day.

At a protest rally in the 90s. 105 F in the shade. And I had put sunscreen on. My best friend hadn’t, under the misconception that melanin makes you burn proof. We were both in bad shape. 🥵
