Sleep in the hot weather is horrible. I have a fan in my room, we put our pyjamas into the freezer in an airtight bag and sometimes we wet a towel and put it on our feet.

Hot dry weather is fine.
Hot humid weather is not because the moisture can’t escape from your skin due to the high moisture content in the air.

I totally agree with this. I’ve always preferred cooler weather. Where I live there was more of a dry heat, but I’ve noticed much more humidity in the last few years.
