@AngelUnforgiven thanks....one of the perks of living in the pacific northwest when it rains a lot and milder temps during winter....actually it can get a little brown during summer months when it doesn't rain for weeks and the province imposes watering restrictions

@AngelUnforgiven i bet it gets super bad in summer. i've only been to texas once back in the late 70s when i was a kid. we had to spend the night to catch another flight to mexico the next day. the pool was my friend at the holiday inn (fort worth)....it was august 🥵
