So...the storm coming up the eastern seaboard is supposed to be a BAD one. It's huge.

Snow will hit the eastern coastal cities and will fall hard all the way over into Pennsylvania! They are saying on the news that the eastern seaboard can expect to lose power, and that the SNOW will probably be measured in FEET, not inches.

They are warning all residents of the east coast to make preparations for the big power outages. YAY! NOT!!

@faery Yup! I have my battery operated lanterns, warm wool socks, a sterno stove, sterno, AND a cuddly fleece blanket I can add to my sweat pants and sweater. I have TWO library books...and they both look good...so I am all set!

@4meAndyou Sounds like you are set! Do you have extra water? Not sure if that's a need during a winter storm. It's number one for hurricane prep.

@faery Our water usually runs okay, but I do keep a gallon of it for when the water and sewer lines are being worked on.
