In the UK we are expected to get 8 inches. White stuff, everywhere

Of course I am talking about snow. It sucks cause I wanted to go into the city and help out my homeless friends.
Fortunately, The Salvation Army opens its doors when it gets below zero.
I just hope they are gonna be okay.

Not everywhere: we won't get any where I am. I've just watched the Met Office detailed forecast on YT and it's clear that some places will have heavy snow, others will have heavy rain and strong winds over the next few days.

My nearest city has a cold weather plan, but it still possible for some to be missed. When you're drunk and/or high you don't want to be 'organised' by authority. That's a factual statement not a condemnation.

Great that you want to help.

I think it's a legal requirement for all local authorities - certainly cities in the UK - to have cold weather shelters for all rough sleepers.

@ArishMell we had snow Monday night. Not a lot but enough to cover the ground. There is more expected tomorrow (Thursday). That doesn't mean to say that we will get much of it. The higher ground to the north of the country tends to get the bulk of it.
