What is this snow you speak of? Lol

FreddieUK · 70-79, M
I think that might only work with certain kinds of snow. The wet, sticky snow we tend to get where I live is quite hard to shift.
Yes indeed! It has to be light powdery snow. This Xmas we had two visitors' cars in our driveway and I cleared them with a cordless leaf blower.
H1raeth · 36-40, M
No but that is a great idea.

Another work-around I've seen is people putting this kinda blankets on their windscreen to stop ice and snow.
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
@H1raeth That's quite good to stop frosting up, but if it rains and then goes back to ice, your covering may be frozen to the windscreen.
H1raeth · 36-40, M
@FreddieUK Is that what happens? Thanks for the headsup.
Levenrack · 46-50, M
The deck, if it's the light and fluffy stuff. I suppose it would work with cars just the same. I usually just get the windows and let it blow off while driving.
Midlifemale · 61-69, M
Yes I have. Sometimes used the garden hose too, just had to make sure the car was warmed up do it wouldn't freeze...lol
bowman81 · M
Yes, and off the drive and walks too. It only works on the light fluffy stuff.

My nephew just told me about this trick last week. If the snow is light enough, that will be my plan next snow storm.
MellyMel22 · F
I have thought so many times how I wish I had one!!
QCDog2659 · 61-69, M
I have cleared a car of snow with a leaf blower.

The driveway too
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
Usually a wet snow with a crust of sleet underneath here. Dry snows happen when it’s really cold.
No chance of snow where i live

Current temperature is between 85F - 110F
PrimeTime · 51-55, M
I have and did it few days ago when the snow was light and fluffy
Rockyy01 · 51-55, M
Yes and if it’s a light snow, it works great
Degbeme · 70-79, M
I`ve never done it, I have seen a car dealerships do it here.
FloorGenAdm · 51-55, M
No, I'm not trying to wake up my neighbor at 5 in the morning.
HowtoDestroyAngels · 46-50, M
That's ingenious.
Ferric67 · M
Yeah, you can certainly use that

I call that being efficient
YoMomma ·
I just leave the snow on my car..
ineedadrink · 56-60, M
A little of both, maybe. 🤔

Genius,man💯
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
Sounds pretty smart!
DownTheStreet · 56-60, M
I’ve never found it works very well
AdmiralPrune · 41-45, M
It’s remarkable how often those things go together.
DrWatson · 70-79, M
Sometimes, when the first snow of the season is a light one.
RodneyTrotter1 · 100+, M
No, just a blowtorch.
