Snowy Day on the Texas Coast

@Steffanie Thanks. We don't get quite that hot in the summer. We have a lot of 100F days, but not much hotter.

@MarthaMazz It's an 800 mile drive from here back to Atlanta.

@exexec Wow yes that is not close at all.

@MarthaMazz What shocked me was when I made the drive from Atlanta and got to the Texas/Louisiana state line. It was still another 800 miles to El Paso, TX. I was only halfway there.

@beermeplease My wife's mother was born in New Brunswick, so we have Canadian connections.

@exexec atlantic canada is pretty cool. went on a camping trip throughout when i was a kid

@beermeplease I live in a small town in Ontario and it was snowing like a beast yesterday.

@Sevendays They actually issued a blizzard warning in one county because of a white-out. We have enjoyed a gentle snow. I think it has stopped and it is just cold.

@3Dogmatic Everything is open today in Houston. Every inbound route to the city was in the red because of accidents on icy bridges and other spots.

@exexec I know, it was a spicy couple of days.
