I once harvested a handful of wheat and made a single pita bread, like a chapati. It took me around two hours 🥴 I guess it's going to be easier with corn 🌽?

Making bread is terribly inefficient. Its a waste of time and resources. Grow fruit and vegetables. Potatoes are easy, hardy and good nutrients. Fruit that grows on trees takes barley any effort and produces more than you can eat for one person.

Depending on the variety you would need 3-4 ears of corn to get 1 pound of cornmeal.
You need to grow 2 stalks of corn to get 4 ears
An acre of corn should yield 8,000 lbs of cornmeal
