I do in the summer. I like to get earthed. I also think it's one of the best ways to learn mindfulness, because if you aren't mindful you hurt yourself.

@Hassanovic007 I have been doing it for years now. It fixed a lot of problems i had with my feet and legs. It really helps Build muscle in your feet that otherwise never gets used.
Hassanovic007 · 36-40, M
@KuroNeko wow great , it help also brain work well and get more attention as i heard
KuroNeko · 41-45, F
@Hassanovic007 perhaps that's something to do with the pressure points on the feet. I studied reflexology a long time ago.

Hassanovic007 · 36-40, M
@Longpatrol with street need patience to use to it , and with sand is much softness but what about warm sand?
FaeLuna · 31-35, F
In nature, where you don't have things like broken glass, loose nails, and rough concrete, it's great! In the city, it's terrible. Even in nature though, you have to watch out for sharp rocks, and stuff like that, but it's generally much more comfortable than pavement.
Oh, but if you find a mossy patch? It's like walking on carpet!
