I have a good start to my pond improvement project.
I picked up and dung out stones along a soft edge corner of my pond and began to make a rock garden around my blooming Yucca plants. It will eliminate mowing and weed whacking close to the Yucca plants damaging the Yucca plants as well as allowing me to build a patio stone retaining wall to keep dirt from rolling downhill into the pond and to build a wood deck around the steep hillside allowing a more comfortable sitting and enjoyment along the steep edge of the pond.
@Musicman Not being an electrician I am awaiting the help of friends to finish the second-floor wiring then I will start on the plumbing work (I am not a Plumber either) but I am expecting/hoping for a monetary break towards the fall that help pay to get the plumbing done and me living in it.
@Musicman All the materials used for the pond project were all laying around my farm just waiting for me to use them, and the motivation to collect them into one spot and to get on it, so that was easy and non-economically affecting me. So, I just did it.
