I Have a Garden

The corn is looking great! This particular seed was given to me by a friend. Peppermint corn! Swirls of red and white. Quite lovely. It will be interesting to see what the fresh ears look like. And cooking it! I'd never heard of such. Will it make pink creamed corn..lol?Depending on how well it makes, would be interesting to try selling at the farmers market. I will try to post a photo when it does come in.
