I planted some rosemary by the garden gate

It died. I really have no luck with plants. Thinking u might try again but pop it in a pot. The soil doesn’t look great.

Rosemary can overwinter if it is in a sunny spot, I've only ever grown it in a pot.

Also I’m struggling with my African violets @fun4us2b, it’s quite cold here atm. Someone suggested watering with warmish water. What do you think?

@Notladylike Yes - are they indoors I hope? Also, maybe they can use a little plant food...the liquid kind is best.

@Notladylike I always said I have a brown thumb....now slightly graduated to yellow...

Remember - AV's like indirect sunlight....direct might cause them to wilt....

It did its job that’s why it died. Putting rosemary near the entrance is believed to protect you.

Mine thrives in dry loomy soil. I water it once or twice a week, depending on how hot it gets.
