Any Vegetable Gardeners Here?

Im going to try and grow head lettuce this year. Iceberg and Romaine. Has anyone grown them before and have any insights?

I usually grow rows of mixed greens, not lettuce with formed heads because I seem to get more per square foot...but I do grow Napa Cabbage - and I'm always spraying them with Neem oil otherwise squash bugs decimate them and hide in the leaves///
