I've been preparing the winter flower pots and planted loads of forget me nots.

They grow wild in my garden, so instead of buying primroses and pansies, I've made use of them for hopefully a sea of colour in the early spring.

I have lots of perennial plants that I just spread around the garden. Every few years I thin down my clumps of snowdrops and bluebells and spread them out.

@Jacko1971 well I pull up the ones that pop up in the pavement cracks and where they are not wanted and put into pots and hanging baskets. It's a very old garden so the snowdrops and bluebells are everywhere.

@justlooking2023 they are very vibrant in colour and hardy too over the winter.

That's beautiful. I should see about growing those in my garden. Hopefully they are deer and rabbit resistant.
