Well looks like we're all good as they have started growing shoots again amazing if you ask me
Checked my potatoe plant after dinner and 3 of the stems were yuk so I have to dig them out before they rotted they still have a while to grow so didn't expect much. These were grown indoors and not long ago I did a post about my cat getting to them and it looks like he's got his claws in and that's why they went rotten. This would of been an amazing harvest if they had gone full term what a shame will know better next time
So devastated but lesson learnt for sure I will do again definitely

@Matt85 I have no clue it's my first time doing it there is one good stem that's it. If they don't have the leaves to harvest the suns light they can't grow
@MiraRoss As you can probably tell, I don't know much about potatoes. All I know is they grow just from being shut in a cupboard and left for 4 months. So I say, burry 'em and hope for the best!
@Matt85 fair enough true. I've put in enough soil to cover them and about 2 inches bellow them for the roots. As they grow if they do ill add more as they grow
