What is your favorite type of flower?

Peace lily, only blooms twice a year.

I've heard, wink wink, that @helenS favorite is the tulip, which is also a fantastic flower

I love iris and 4-o'clocks. They remind me of the better parts of my childhood - the times I spent alone, with nature and animals.

Daffodils. Their appearance means that the winter is ending. For me they’re about rebirth and hope for the future. Lovely.

I've always been partial to dahlias:
