@Magenta thanks, i sent it into my photo club for critiquing, they thought the lighting too bright! I like the lighting, the bright background, I think, brings out the purple flower well, but, they all seem to dislike it. They preferred the picture i sent of a dragonfly more.

That did look like a moth with the big body. I am used to them coming out only at nights but I can learn something new! I should pay more attention to the body of posts! 😅

It is at a little park. Across the street behind and to the left is a Bayfront boardwalk, overlooking a small beach.


The park has two koi ponds.
