I don’t know how far I have to go to feel like I’m enough.

I want to tell you, you are already enough. I'm a hypocrite though cause unless I'm constantly practising integrity, I don't feel like I'm enough.

Easy, you are already there... you are enough. Don't let what others say or think make you doubt yourself. Don't let media and society tell you how to be, what to wear, what to think, trust yourself... you are good enough.

You are enough. In fact, I have a shirt I regularly wear that says just that; You Are Enough. Tell yourself this every day and do not ever doubt yourself for one second and if those doubting thoughts pop into your head, you just tell yourself, I will not entertain those ideas and thoughts

Sometimes it has to be a decision before it becomes a feeling. Sometimes you have to decide that you're enough and resolve to not accepting any different.

If you know inside that you have given your all, and there's nothing more you can do than you have already done more than enough. If anyone else cannot meet you at least halfway than they're doing far too little.

Stand in front of a mirror. Wrap your arms around yourself and say out loud "I love you." It's a first step I took a couple years ago and it felt weird and wrong but was worth the effort. -hug-
