tangent from something else I read elsewhere. a guy sat down to watch 'fellowship of the ring' with his parents. they fell asleep pretty early on so he pulled the movie out, put in 'return of the king' and fired it up. a while into it, the dad wakes up, looks at the movie, looks at the kid and says, 'jesus christ. what day is it?'
