Ibuprofen will destroy my digestive system. Just one dose and I was bent over with pain for hours. I take Boswellia and Bromelain for inflammatory pain.

@cherokeepatti my gastro guy thought i was taking ibuprofen for my issues. I told him not really. I take for back pain, but stay away from it for gastric issues.

@Confined I cant even take buffered aspirin. I do have some CBD oil, the very good stuff but it’s expensive and I won’t drive while taking it. So I save it for something the other natural things don’t completely resolve.

All I can take is Tylenol, because of my ulcers. So...this is me waiting for it to actually WORK...
