@Confined They hate it when you move stuff around all the time. When you accumulate a lot of stuff especially and get rid of it and keep everything simple they will decide to eventually move. They also hate when you put orange oil in a diffuser and let it mist into rooms etc. I had one crawl out from the baseboards in my bedroom when I did that. I turned over the wood furniture and wiped the underneath bottoms of all of the wood with lemon oil because they hate that too.

@wildbill83 My daughter got bit after she moved out. She was sorting laundry and there was one in the clothes and it bit her. She saw it after it did and it was reared up and ready to bite again. She got her roommate to take her to the ER. They gave her an antibiotic ingestion and prescription for a series of steroid pills to take. She did that and it the bite never swelled up or rotted. But it did hurt all night. The key is to get to the hospital as quick as you can if you are ever bit by a brown recluse or a black widow.
