I love bald cypress swamps and spent many hours as a youth exploring one. There weren't as many alligators back then, but plenty of snakes and other critters.
@robingoodfellow It was but even with the canopy of trees it was hot and humid. Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler so I will see what trails to explore.
