It's not easy being a dwarf planet

This is Haumea, one of five dwarf planets identified in our solar system. She is too small to have a proper global atmosphere, so gravity has pulled her into an egg shape. She spins so fast that her day lasts just 3.9 hours. And to cap it all, something collided with her and now she has a big red bruise on one side and a ring of ice and rock she just can't seem to shake off.

I love love love learning about astronomy. I’ve never understood anyone who doesn’t look up and just be astonished.
Don’t know much about this little world, is it beyond Pluto in the Keiper belt?

@Oneofthestormboys I am not sure. Only learned about it at the weekend from a series I am watching.
