A place called Woottating Nature Reserve. An hour drive 80km/50 miles east of Perth. The reserve is in a Wandoo woodland with stands of open, widely spaced trees over a sparse understorey. One can eaisly drive through this type of woodland, though I will not be doing that today as pleanty of rain has fallen the last few days, including last night.
