Do you visit your National Parks at all?I renewed my yearly National Parks Pass so I can continue to visit Western Australia's 102 National Parks. Best time to visit is after March as it can be incredibly hot during the summer and rather unpleasant in temperatures above 100 F.

Typical SW Western Australia bushA short distance from Armadale, thick Marri/Jarrah bush. Not so thick that it is impenetrable, but thick enough to have to back track at times. The spiders I talk about, and avoid the web of are the Beautiful yellow and black Christmas Spider. (+2)
My trip to Pemberton afforded plenty of opportunities for photographs of tall trees.These trees are a mix of Jarrah, Marri and Karri trees. Jarrah grow to 50 metres - 160 feet, as do the Karri trees. Marri trees? 40 metres. (+9)
